Location: Cincinnati, OH

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office /2 days at home weekly

Job Description:

PatientPoint is looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager, Customer Engagement to develop and execute strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention and loyalty. This person will be responsible for driving customer interactions across various touchpoints and channels to increase product utilization and create demand for new products. This role is highly collaborative and will work closely with our Customer Success, Customer Insights, Product and Provider Sales teams to develop comprehensive customer communications and marketing strategies that align to business goals and objectives.

Primary Duties Include, but Are Not Limited to:
  • Develop and implement targeted engagement campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels and audience tracks aligned to specific objectives; measure and report on performance
  • Create personalized and relevant content and messaging that resonates with target audiences and drives desired actions and behaviors
  • Develop marketing/communications strategies for targeted customer segments to communicate new product updates and drive increased utilization
  • Analyze customer data and insights to identify opportunities for segmentation, targeting and personalization to enhance engagement
  • In partnership with the Digital & Demand Marketing team, implement marketing automation and CRM tools to optimize engagement workflows, automate customer communications and track interactions
  • Work with Customer Insights to analyze customer engagement metrics and KPIs and use insights to inform and optimize customer interactions
  • Work closely with Customer Success to develop and execute retention strategy, including development of a holistic onboarding communications strategy
  • Support Account Managers with talking points, scripts, collateral, email templates to help them drive interest in new products among our customers
  • Collaborate with Customer Success on training materials to increase utilization of products

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years of direct experience in product marketing or customer engagement marketing, preferably within a healthcare setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Professional Writing or relevant field
  • Highly developed training, presentation and written communication skills
  • Expert ability to manage projects from concept to completion
  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and customer data analytics tools
