Location: Cincinnati, OH

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office /2 days at home weekly

Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to help create and ultimately execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth for our healthcare provider side of business. You will be responsible for developing strategies, in partnership with the Marketing Director, to create demand for PatientPoint products among new and existing customers. You will work closely with Product and Sales teams to develop a deep understanding of the needs of various audience segments, key personas and buying process. You will also be responsible for planning, organizing and equipping sales teams with marketing resources that help generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities.

Primary Duties Include, but Are Not Limited to:
  • Develop and execute demand generation programs to drive leads and sales pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with product, sales and other cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns and programs
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, programs and supporting content used in both online/digital and offline environments
  • Articulate the value proposition of products, capture features and benefits and translate these details into compelling messaging and content
  • Enable sales with relevant marketing materials, including sell sheets, presentation decks, email templates and training
  • Communicate with and educate sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize programs accordingly

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within a healthcare-related setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business results
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, SEO and content management systems
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrates a highly creative mindset capable of thinking outside the box and developing innovative marketing campaigns with a fun approach
  • Highly developed presentation and written communication skills
  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
