The team is actively looking to add an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist that willcomplement our engaged and committed team. The role will be vital in the overall optimization of the existing businesses processes as well as be a key contributor to the mission of supporting the Provider Solutions organization as their strategic partner in order to meet the business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Proficiency in learning and utilizing diverse business systems such as Salesforce, Vonage and Gong, from operational understanding to data reporting
- Salesforce data management: Ensure data is managed correctly, and regularly report on data to help users and executives make decisions
- Enforce quality/compliance/accuracy standards when conducting audits of data entry
- Create and manage reports and dashboards in Salesforce
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives and initiatives as it relates to business systems and processes
- Deliver ongoing training and support, in collaboration with the SOE team, to the Provider Solutions Department
- Assist in developing and maintaining systems documentation
- Jira Service Management: view and work the SOE portal, and manage the queue by working customer requests while maintaining SLA metrics
- Conduct UAT testing for software platforms
- Support departmental initiatives and identify ways to enhance training effectiveness
What We Need
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role
- Proven experience with Salesforce optimization, reporting and dashboard creation
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, sales, or a related industry
- Strong understanding of sales processes and how to improve them
- Proficiency with other CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools or sales enablement platforms
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- SQL or Tableau experience

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to train and support sales teams effectively
