Job Summary
As aProject Manager, you will work with various stakeholders at various levels of the organization to collaboratively manage projects and improve transparency. You will need to provide diplomatic and timely communication in an agile work environment with iterative planning and delivery cycles.
You should be comfortable acting as not only an agile coach, but also a member of the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE). This role emphasizes the use of "soft power" to enable teams to work as effectively and collaboratively as possible while encouraging constant improvement across the organization. You must be able to help teams overcome roadblocks and other challenges.

Job Summary

What You'll Do
- Coach the delivery teams to plan, meet milestones, identify and escalate logical dependencies, and guide the entire delivery lifecycle from start through close.
- Acts as the ScrumMaster for one or more delivery and technology teams.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to enhance current capabilities and drive the execution of the product roadmap and evolution (including concept, development, feature enhancements, production service level agreements, and priority tradeoffs).
- Enable effective communication and transparency between delivery teams, stakeholders, and other constituents.
- Able to resolve conflict through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion, or escalation.
- Work with the LACE and other organizational teams to streamline processes, simplify execution, track, and manage project increments.
- Work with and align external products, platforms, delivery teams on cross dependencies, expectations, and issue resolution.
- Ability to train, mentor, and coach others on Lean and Scrum frameworks.
- Work with the LACE to help organize and execute critical activities such as PI planning, retrospectives, and system demos.
- Work with others at all levels including working with geographically remote and culturally diverse teams.
- Help manage the intake and prioritization processes.
What We Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 4+ years of Project Management experience
- 3+ years' experience managing projects with multiple complex integrations (e.g., SalesForce , multiple databases, cloud infrastructure, microservices, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics and reporting techniques.
- Experience working with at least 2 product teams or product lines.
Desired Qualifications
- PMP, CSM, SAFe SPC, or equivalent certifications.
- Prior experience as a software developer, tester, or product manager.
- Experience in the Digital Ad space is a plus.
