Online Digital Sales-Account Executive

Our Digital sales professionals are responsible for selling a variety of online advertising solutions such as Reputation Management, SEM, SEO, Display, Social, and Websites to physician offices and hospitals. You will be provided with tools such as advanced product and sales training to help you be successful.

What you will do:
  • Present and close prospects by showing the value of our digital solutions such as Website design, online listings, hosting, SEO, automated patient acquisition and a fully integrated and online automated reputation management solution to healthcare providers.
  • Work primarily with existing clients in the physician practices and hospital space.
  • Expand revenue and generate new business through targeted prospecting and fielding some teed-up appointments.
  • Make effective 'cold' calls and adapt the approach to overcome typical challenges (gaining decision maker, handling objections and indecisive clients)
  • Work with and coordinate activities with Online Services VP daily.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Market VP and team to increase existing practice penetration.
  • Utilize the web, LinkedIn, and Salesforce to identify key decision-makers as well as to do research/prep work on your prospects (reviewing their listings, online reviews, website, overall online footprint).
  • Understand the overall online services business and all products offered.

What we need:
  • • Bachelor's preferred degree or equivalent professional sales experience
  • • 1+ years of sales experience; requisite comparable experience as deemed appropriate by PatientPoint; ideal candidate can provide goals and how they reached those goals consistently.
  • 1+ year of selling marketing into physician practices / hospitals. 3+ years if selling hard goods, medical devices...etc
  • • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional sales experience
  • 2+ years sales/outbound call experience
  • 2+ years digital marketing sales experience
  • Experience in using Salesforce

What you will need to succeed:

  • Highly motivated to succeed in a performance-driven environment
  • Ability to complete high outbound call volume daily
  • Ability to make effective 'cold' calls and adapt approach to overcome typical challenges (gaining decision maker, handling objections and indecisive clients)
  • Ability to close sales over the phone
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint for clear and professional written communication
  • Improvement oriented: coachable and ability to turn feedback into action to be more successful with untapped & potential clients
  • Eager to learn and be adaptable/creative in approach to meet different client needs and close the sale
  • Demonstrate confidence, motivation, and the ability to work autonomously
  • Driven to meet and exceed sales goals, work in a commissioned sales capacity with unlimited earnings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
