What You'll Do
- Handling the full cycle of our sales process for our medical software offerings. Starting conversations with prospects, discovering their needs and pain points, demonstrating our offerings by online seminar, activating trial programs, and signing the contract
- High volume of targeted outbound prospecting to new business practices and systems.
- Probing with excellent questioning skills to understand the needs of a medical practice and then matching our solutions to their pain points
- Describing our solutions in technical or nonexpert's language, and making presentations to a range of buyer and influencer types - Office Managers, Doctors, Practice Managers, c-level executives
- Taking leads from our inbound marketing efforts and walking them to deal closure
- Recording detailed notes on all lead/prospect interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Salesforce
- Contributing your own unique skills and knowledge to our internal company
- Collectively improve our business strategy and processes
What We Need
- Minimum of 2 years successful Healthcare SaaS sales experience.
- Must be able to make a business case for our solutions by phone or online seminar.
- Must be a motivated, task-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; must speak clearly and concisely, be able to think quickly on your feet, and remain calm under pressure; must be particularly persuasive and competent on the phone.
- Must demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Eye Care / Ophthalmology experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
