Job Summary
The Regional Account Manager (RAM) is an experienced Account Manager and is responsible for positively developing and maintaining the relationship with top tier health system clients. The Regional Account Manager is passionate, high energy, and results oriented with a creative and analytical mind.
As a Regional Account Manager, you are relied upon to provide the highest level of service to our accounts, communicate strategies and support execution of program deliverables. The RAM is accountable for cultivating strong relationships and partnerships. The RAM will provide exceptional account management support, you will be demonstrating PatientPoint' s commitment to quality and world-class customer service.

Base Salary band: $78,000 - $109,100.00

What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and network influencers while acting as the primary corporate point of contact for our health system clients.
- Identify enhanced opportunities by expanding business through discovery and effective consultative sales process.
- Execute effective long-term marketing strategy with key client stakeholders to generate events supporting partnership growth, increase awareness and engagement with PatientPoint products within each health system account.
- Provide ongoing management and continuous service both virtually and in-person to assigned clients.
- Meet with corporate clients regularly to assess, define, and clarify key quality objectives, marketing campaigns, communication goals and success metrics.
- Proactively communicate and demonstrate product updates and relevant features to customers both virtually and in-person, to set expectations and manage their experience.
- Collaborate with Market VP to create a tailored Account Plan.
- Quarterly business review with client c-suite and Market VP.
- Proactively monitor the quality of PatientPoint service, analyze utilization metrics, build connectivity reports, review survey results, and communicate result both internally and externally.
- Create and deliver monthly reporting, informing customer of campaign successes and making recommendations for further optimization.
- Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and collaborate with sales and implementation teams to ensure seamless execution.
What We Need
- Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years account management/sales experience preferred
- Requires reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Requires occasional driving from home with less frequent overnight trips and occasional airline travel
- Must reside within assigned region
Desired Qualifications
- A comprehensive understanding of healthcare and digital marketing
- Demonstrated success developing, implementing, and reporting on marketing and analytics strategies.
- Track record of customer retention and growth in past positions.
- Ability to build strong client relationships with people at all levels
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients in a highly professional manner in person, on the phone and in writing
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Salesforce and quick learner of new software
