The Supply Chain Associate will typically support 3-5 projects at a time of varying complexity. These will include process data collection and analyzing of data in collaboration with the Product Operations team. A strong background in analytical supply and demand inventory planning and associated data analysis skills is essential to be successful in this position.

The Supply Chain Associate will typically support 3-5 projects at a time of varying complexity. These will include process data collection and analyzing of data in collaboration with the Product Operations team. A strong background in analytical supply and demand inventory planning and associated data analysis skills is essential to be successful in this position.
What You'll Do
- Undertake extensive Supply Chain data interpretation by generating data analysis, including order profiles, inventory profiles, demand profiles, pareto analysis and other analytics
- Will maintain agreements (MSA/SOW/NDA/SLA) with suppliers both domestic and international.
- Reconciliation of supplier purchase orders and invoicing methods and tracking.
- Responsible for supplier purchase communication across 15+ suppliers, domestic and international.
- Manage and optimize towards functional KPI's. Establish continuous improvement initiatives, metrics and trackers.
- Collaborate with our Warehouse and Logistics team to ensure inventory management and provide inbound data.
- Collaborate with Accounting to reconcile and prioritize invoices for payment.
- Required to participate in webinars/conferences to understand and learn the current Supply Chain landscape.
- Support ERP Go-Live data implementation team.
What We Need
- Strong analytics experience
- 2+ years experience in demand generation, forecasting methods.
- 2+ years experience in Supply Chain and Demand planning
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with Tableau or other data visualization software, RDBMS, MS Excel, Gantt charts, Flow Charts and Project Dashboards
- Day to day use or implementation experience of planning/inventory management/logistics tools such as NetSuite, Supply Chain Guru, etc., in modeling, planning and other logistical areas.
- Supply Chain Certification is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage internal and external relations across multiple disciplines.
- Strong collaborator, team player, and individual contributor
- Strong problem solver with ability to work with the team to push for a solution and make progress
- Experience with Tableau
