Supply Chain Associate

The Supply Chain Associate will typically support 3-5 projects at a time of varying complexity. These will include process data collection and analyzing of data in collaboration with the Product Operations team. A strong background in analytical supply and demand inventory planning and associated data analysis skills is essential to be successful in this position.

What You'll Do
  • Undertake extensive Supply Chain data interpretation by generating data analysis, including order profiles, inventory profiles, demand profiles, pareto analysis and other analytics
  • Will maintain agreements (MSA/SOW/NDA/SLA) with suppliers both domestic and international.
  • Reconciliation of supplier purchase orders and invoicing methods and tracking.
  • Responsible for supplier purchase communication across 15+ suppliers, domestic and international.
  • Manage and optimize towards functional KPI's. Establish continuous improvement initiatives, metrics and trackers.
  • Collaborate with our Warehouse and Logistics team to ensure inventory management and provide inbound data.
  • Collaborate with Accounting to reconcile and prioritize invoices for payment.
  • Required to participate in webinars/conferences to understand and learn the current Supply Chain landscape.
  • Support ERP Go-Live data implementation team.

What We Need
  • Strong analytics experience
  • 2+ years experience in demand generation, forecasting methods.
  • 2+ years experience in Supply Chain and Demand planning

Desired Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Tableau or other data visualization software, RDBMS, MS Excel, Gantt charts, Flow Charts and Project Dashboards
  • Day to day use or implementation experience of planning/inventory management/logistics tools such as NetSuite, Supply Chain Guru, etc., in modeling, planning and other logistical areas.
  • Supply Chain Certification is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage internal and external relations across multiple disciplines.
  • Strong collaborator, team player, and individual contributor
  • Strong problem solver with ability to work with the team to push for a solution and make progress
  • Experience with Tableau
