Location: Cincinnati, OH (HQ), Chicago, IL

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days at home weekly.
Travel Requirements: 10% or less, as needed to support the business and HR department meetings

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of the Recruiter is to find creative ways to identify and attract talent throughout the organization at all levels including Sales, Creative, Marketing, Operations, and other functions. This includes utilizing creative sourcing solutions to engage both active and passive talent. The Recruiter serves as an ambassador and champion in creating an exceptional candidate experience across all stages of the candidate journey. This role will also serve as a Talent Consultant with our hiring teams providing market intelligence and consultation on the external tech and data talent market. As a Recruiter, you will play an instrumental role on the Human Resources team during a significant time of growth and evolution.

What You Will Do
  • Support organization workforce plans and hiring priorities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and desired candidate qualifications
  • Build sourcing targets by researching and identifying the best sourcing channels, companies, and skillsets to identity and engage diverse talent at all levels
  • Source both active and passive talent through creative identification and engagement approaches
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, assessing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Communicate the company's employee value proposition in a compelling way to attract and close candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to guide and facilitate the recruitment process, including providing regular candidate and search updates and reporting
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements across the talent acquisition lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance and avoid legal risks by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with hiring managers
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Support projects and initiatives aligned to talent acquisition priorities

What We Need
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate and/or agency search or staffing environment
  • Prior experience with sourcing tools including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Greenhouse preferred
  • Effective communication skills - both interpersonal and written

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platform
  • Prior experience launching drip marketing campaigns to engage passive talent
