Vendor Resource Specialist

Job Summary:

Hybrid - Cincinnati/Tampa - In office M,T,R - Remote W,F

This position supports qualified digital signage vendors to install and maintain PatientPoint digital signage systems in point-of-care environments while delivering unparalleled customer service.

What you'll do:
  • Oversees the day-to-day operations of Patient Point's vendor partners.
  • Leads recurring status meetings, capturing accurate documentation of vendor processes, action items, and decision items.
  • Reports on vendor KPIs, providing program performance updates to the Field Operations Team.
  • Moderates communication channels between vendor partner and PatientPoint's Field Operations teammates.
  • Creates and organizes vendor and technician-related documentation, keeping accurate records.
  • Onboards new vendors by providing them with an onboarding plan, process documentation, and installation manuals for PatientPoint Digital Signage products.
  • Provides instruction, release notes, and feedback collection processes on Tech Portal, our technician communication and dispatching platform.
  • Performs quality checks on work completed by vendor partners to drive adherence within established standards and policies.
  • Collects feedback from provider org, completes root cause analysis, & closes feedback with vendor.
  • Completes regular Salesforce-based audits of vendor deliverables.

What we need:
  • Must have high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5 years of administrator or technician field experience required.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel to offsite locations.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience working with Salesforce highly desirable.
  • Background in commercial audio/visual installation desirable.
